Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Age and Eligibility

To open an account and use pk9k services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older (for 21+ only).
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You must have a valid and active mobile number and email address.
• You must fully accept these terms and conditions and the privacy policy.
• Each individual may open only one account.

1.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds. pk9k may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

1.3 Geographic Restrictions

pk9k reserves the right to restrict or block services for users in certain countries or regions where online gaming is legally prohibited or regulated. It is the user's own responsibility to confirm that using pk9k services is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Account Management

2.1 Account Security

Keeping your account secure is entirely your responsibility. Please follow these guidelines:

• Always log out, especially when using a shared device.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, device, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts will result in the immediate closure of all accounts and all associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

pk9k may request documents to verify a user's identity when required. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be required.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

pk9k currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following conditions apply to deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• When making a deposit, you must use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Using a third-party account or another person's payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• pk9k may temporarily delay the withdrawal process for verification purposes.
• Bonus funds require the applicable wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal.

3.3 Currency

pk9k processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) only. Transactions in other currencies are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

pk9k offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Accepting this bonus is subject to the following conditions:

• A 25x wagering requirement must be met on the combined total of the bonus amount and the original deposit.
• Each promotion may have a specific validity period — if the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the bonus may be cancelled.
• The bonus applies once only and to one account.
• All bonus offers are subject to pk9k's discretionary approval.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

pk9k actively monitors for misuse of bonus benefits. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in account closure:

• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Deliberately placing low-risk bets with the intent to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Coordinated betting activity to gain promotional advantages.

4.3 VIP Program

pk9k's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback increases with each higher tier: up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver, and up to 1.5% at Gold. pk9k reserves the right to change VIP benefits and conditions.

Gameplay and Betting

5.1 Fair Play Policy

pk9k is committed to ensuring fair and transparent play across all games. The outcome of every game on our platform is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and tamper-proof.

5.2 Betting Limits

• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• DDoS attacks or any other form of cyber attack.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonus benefits.

6.3 Commercial Activity

• Activity conducted with the intent to generate commercial profit using pk9k services.
• Acting as an affiliate or agent without pk9k's permission.
• Placing bets or operating games on behalf of another user.

Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 Data Collection

pk9k collects and processes users' personal information for the purpose of providing services. Collected information may include name, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity history.

9.3 Post-Closure Process

If an account is closed due to fraud or violation of the terms and conditions, the account balance may be forfeited. If closed for general reasons, any available balance is typically returned, though bonus funds may be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Guarantee

pk9k strives to provide uninterrupted service to the best of its ability, but cannot guarantee the following:

• Round-the-clock availability of the platform or uninterrupted service.
• Any loss arising from server or network errors.
• Issues caused by the failure of third-party service providers.
• Any game outcome affected by internet disconnection.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

pk9k will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. For any valid claim, pk9k's total liability will not exceed the amount deposited by the relevant user in the last 30 days.
